Lenny Henry in ‘Every Brilliant Thing’

Where: Soho Place
When: 29th September-8th October 2025

This one-person show brings to life a child’s quest to ease their mother’s depression by creating a list of all the things that make life worth living. As the protagonist grows, so does the list, evolving into a powerful exploration of mental health, love, and resilience. The cast – which includes the likes of Sue Perkins and Ambika Mod – perform in rotation, allowing them to each bring a unique approach to the play. Lenny wowed audiences with his signature bled of humour and vulnerability in August, and we can expect him to do so again during his second stint.
